DescriptionPositions in ALL LOCATIONS!!!!Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, and Glendale!!!!Touchstone Health Services is currently hiring full-time clinicians valley-wide for their evidence-based programs department. This department is home to two internationally implemented family therapy models that treat delinquent behaviors with adolescents. These programs are a great fit for clinicians in the mental health field looking to build their skill set in the practice of family therapy. Multisystemic Therapy for Youth with Problem Sexual Behaviors (MST-PSB) is a clinical adaptation of Multisystemic Therapy (MST) that has been specifically designed and developed to treat youth (and their families) for problematic sexual behavior. The MST-PSB model represents a state-of-the-art, evidence-based practice uniquely developed to address the multiple determinants underlying juvenile sexually abusive behavior as well as other delinquent behaviors.MST-PSB is delivered in the community (clients'' homes, schools, neighborhoods) to ensure ecological validity and treatment generalization, occurs with a high level of intensity and frequency (often three or more sessions per week), incorporates treatment interventions that are strongly supported and informed by research, and places a high premium on approaching each client/family as unique. Touchstone Health Services is the only provider in the state that implements this evidence-based model to treat and strengthen the connection between adolescents, families, and communities. For more information regarding this specific model, please visit Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based model that has been proven to effectively reduce delinquent and antisocial behaviors in adolescents that may lead to risk of out of home placement and/or other legal issues. We take a systems-based approach to assess the function of the behavior and engage caregivers to utilize action-oriented steps to effectively respond to the behaviors. We provide in-home family-based therapy to help clients develop skills and supports to maintain reduction of behaviors as well as improving the quality of family functioning. We take pride in our team-based approach to ensure therapists have the skills and confidence in engaging families in services, while also maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Essential FunctionsMaintains a small, capped caseload varying from 4- 6 cases, depending on the program.Participates in an average of 8-12 hours of AZBBHE approved supervision each month. Participates in all model training, supervision, consultation, and clinician development planning by attending quarterly trainings, weekly supervision and consultation, developing and following through on monthly clinician development pletes screening assessments on incoming referrals to determine appropriateness for programs by meeting with families and collaborating with stakeholders to provide education on the model and obtain specific information about the family.Engages caregivers in intensive, action-oriented treatment by aligning on treatment goals and identifying and overcoming any barriers to pletes assessments in accordance with the model by utilizing the model''s specific problem-solving process to develop interventions.Engages all key stakeholders to ensure participation by obtaining alignment on treatment goals and collaborating on advances and barriers towards goal on a weekly basis.Maintains clear, concise, and timely documentation of all clinical efforts that promote peer, supervisory and consultant review and feedback, and follows the model''s principals and analytic process. Timely documentation by completing notes within 24 hours of service provided. Treatment planning in accordance with the model.Provides direct clinical treatment compatible with the model and rotating afterhours on-call support to families by taking crisis calls and/or scheduling emergency sessions based on crisis and need. Participates in quality assurance procedures in accordance with the model and agency outcome tracking by contacting families who have received treatment and following up on sustainability of progress.Minimum QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of ageMust possess a valid AZ Driver''s LicenseMust possess an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card or be eligible for oneMaster''s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family, Counseling, Addiction or related field.Must have reliable personal transportationWorking knowledge of MS Office products or similar software, internet, and emailCompensation for Bilingual Therapist available
