Duties of this position include, supervising all nutritional aspects of patient and resident care, which encompasses performing nutritional assessments, interviewing patients regarding food habits, and providing diet counseling to patients and families. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited nutrition program and Registration by the American Dietetic Association. Preference may be given to candidates with previous healthcare work experience as a Dietitian or Assistant Food Service Director.
