Overview Starting wage of $36.00/hour and guaranteed wage increase of $2.00 over the course of the first year of employment.The Assistant Director of Health Services is a Registered Nurse (RN) who is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Assisted Living/Memory Care residents are met, while providing staff leadership duties at Amira Choice of Roseville. This full-time Nursing schedule includes; 72 hours per pay period; day shifts. We boast an excellent team of caregivers who believe in our mission to heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more significant lives.Responsibilities/Job Description Maintain current assessment and documentation of clients health status Coordinates client health services Leads and supervises medication and treatment administration Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Support DHS to act as RN on call during scheduled timesQualifications One to three years previous related experience Minimum Associates RN Degree by start date, preferred BSN Current MN RN licensure and current CPR certification by start date Memory Care experience required Case Management experience preferred
