Job DescriptionFortune 5 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for aRebates Invoicing Manager to join our dynamic IndustryAnalysis & Administration Team The Industry Analysis &Administration Team is responsible for administering allpharmaceutical manufacturer discount and pricingagreements. This will include claims submissions,reporting and contract performance assessment. As theRebates Invoicing Manager, you will provide leadershipand manage the day to day activities of a team of Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Advisors that support theadministration of pharmaceutical contracts. This includes,but is not limited to, ongoing coaching and feedback ofpersonnel, goals and expectation setting, careerdevelopment planning, and performance reviews. Otherresponsibilities include, but not limited to, meetingcontractual obligations through accurate and timelysubmissions of claims invoicing & reporting.Duties:Ensuring the accurate contract set-up per contract terms,the subsequent rebate reporting and creation of invoices,and the ongoing maintenance of such contracts.Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to directreports to foster their development and aid them in careerprogression.Assisting the department's efforts in maintaining adequate process controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley testing and audits, both internal and teracting with various levels of the organization, as wellas, external pharmaceutical counterpartsThis is a remote position, but there is an office in Northbrook that you have the opportunity to work from.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
