If you like building relationships and using analytics and creativity to solve the toughest business problems this is the perfect role for you.Job Overview The Senior Analytic Consultant - B2B Growth Analytics is a perfect place for high energy problem solvers who want to create business value with analytics. Our team's mission is simple - help our Commercial organization grow through increased B2B sales and retention. While the mission is simple, the problem space is vast and growing. We answer questions pertaining to which customer, which broker, which product, and why (for all of those).What You'll DoThis role is focused on successfully leveraging analytics and consulting to increase net membership for our biggest commercial segment: national accounts. These companies are not only complex and challenging but many are household names and brands you probably use today. Responsibilities include: Domain expertise: become a subject matter expert in national accounts, especially in analytic proof points for why customers should buy from us Data analytics: use your full data and analytics tool kit to answer customers' and business partners' toughest questions Presentation and persuasion: build presentations and share your work with internal, and possibly external, stakeholders Stakeholder management: Build deep relationships with business side peers and leaders to grow our team's footprint with national accounts Grow: receive consistent mentoring and coaching in order to develop holistically and raise your professional ceilingSuccess in this role will lead to additional opportunities across commercial segments and product linesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,000Maximum: 167,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 3+ years of solving business problems with a combination of consulting and analytical skills 1+ year of full-time professional programming in SQL, R, or Python 1+ years of professional experience with statistical methods, such as logistic regression Willingness to engage across entire analytic consulting value chain from data pulls to analysis to slide creation to giving presentations Up to 10% travel required.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
