Job DescriptionFocus is member retention and senior community development. For example, this individual would conduct annual member meetings in the Spring as well as ANOC (Annual Notice of Change) meetings in the Fall. Today, these activities are conducted by Broker Managers and FSRs which detracts from their ability to bring in new sales.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- Analyze the membership data to produce reporting and proposals to Broker Managers for retention activity.- Calibrate with the Broker Managers on priorities to mitigate lapses. '- Strategize and plan locations, topics and audience for member events. - Review all member experience presentations and materials. - Prepare and manage the delivery of all materials and giveaways for local events. - Serve as liaison to member experience committee. - Secure and manage corporate shared services supporting the local events.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
