Job DescriptionThis FP&A Senior Analyst position will produce timely and accurate estimates of rebate rates for the period end accrual, forecasts and budget within tight timelines for PBM revenue booking on multiple lines of business. They will perform detailed data analysis, data mining and reporting for those earned rebates to business partners and senior leaders on a regular basis. The position will do detailed analytics on investigating and fixing issues and determines items of financial impact that need to be included or excluded from the rates process. This position reviews forecasts based on our earned rebate rates compare to the actual invoice amounts to determine discrepancies for accurate invoices and timeliness of cash flow. The position has to have the ability to think on their feet and make decisions that can directly impact revenue. The position works with and develops databases, complex models within Excel and Access, as well as, large datasets from multiple data warehouses. They must have the ability to work under high pressure situation, constantly changing priorities and very tight deadlines. The complexity of the contracts, concepts, and calculations performed by this function are extremely high requiring an employee with significant work experience to be able to contribute and come up with solutions. They will work with employees at all level across multiple departments including Accounting, Internal Audit, Billing, Finance, and our Trade group. The position requires the ability to make their own decisions on many facets of the job.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
