Job DescriptionWork from Home flexibleCVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the 340b Specialty dispensing and Wellpartner business's ability to achieve its financial and strategic goals through effective support of financial closing, budgeting and forecasting processes for $1B+ in revenue. In this role you will conduct complex financial reporting and analysis and provide data and analysis to support the business unit's mission. You will make recommendations to support the business unit's mission. Perform appropriate balancing of all reporting to ensure completeness and accuracy. Assists with analysis of key components of financial results, identifying trends and variances; addressing questions as needed. Drives innovation and efficiency in existing processes and develops new reporting and insights. You will also support financial information requests from business financial management and participate in special projects and conducts ad hoc reporting requests as needed.Key Responsibilities:1. Assists with delivering impactful and quality analysis of financial results, identifying trends, and variance drivers2. Month end close, budgeting, and forecasting processes3. Responsible for complex financial reporting and analysis and provide data/analysis to support the business unit's mission4. Activities that drive the quality and integrity of P&L reporting5. Drive process improvement/enhancements6. Developing strong knowledge of core business and relationship of 340b between various business segmentsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience finance, analytic, or FPA experience - 5+ years Microsoft Excel experience- 2+ years of experience in work with data access, manipulation and retrieving data from large databases with SQL and experience with other similar data access, manipulations and statistical analysis tools like SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
