Job DescriptionThe Epic Credentialed Trainer is responsible for providing successful in-classroom training to a diversified audience for a major healthcare IT implementation of an electronic healthcare record utilizing the Epic system of applications. It will require flexible work hours to meet the needs of the user community.This position requires completion of the credentialing process including an intense seven-week training program on the applications(s) you will be teaching, competency checking, teach-backs and teaching the application before a review panel prior to credentialing.-Partners with the training team to prepare materials and job aids. Recommends adjustments and updates to learning materials and curriculum as needed, assesses participant competency, and provides feedback to hiring managers.-Delivers training to diverse groups in face-to-face and virtual sessions using effective facilitation and classroom management techniques to ensure learner engagement and training effectiveness. Provides feedback to leaders on the learner's progression.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 81,100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- Minimum six months of training experience and expertise (including peer to peer training); a passion for the education of adults strongly preferred.- Ability to consistently present scripted training materials to large groups and conduct engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences including management staff, pharmacists, clinical, and business office colleagues.- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the user community and travel for extended periods of time.- Ability to read, understand, interpret and apply technical manuals and documentation.- Comfortable and confident in the use of technology, but it is not necessary to be an "expert."- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), Webex and virtual meeting platforms and SharePoint.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
