Job DescriptionThis position will be part of the Digital Operations Team and is accountable for the onboarding & offboarding experience. The Digital team is developing a new centralized team to provide a high-touch experience.This role will work on assignments requiring analytical and/or problem solving capabilities, change agility and attention to detail.Position has the opportunity to work and collaborate with cross functional teams within Digital and liaison with Information Technology Teams.Fundamental Components: Project management skills and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, collaborative, problem-solving mindset Possess both technical and business-related understanding of the onboarding process, new hire protocols, related systems, and organizational understanding in order to be successful Responsible for all onboarding logistics, reporting and tracking Respond/coordinate new hire pre-start inquires in an accurate and timely manner; Consult with Digital, HR/TA and IT Operational Teams, and other groups as necessary to ensure success Partner with managers and employees and act as SME for the overall onboarding & offboarding process Manage consistent communication plans to ensure all parties are informed of status and next steps Manage all post start issues championing them through all the appropriate channels to ensure resolution Own, develop and improve the overall onboarding experience through new ideas, enhanced processes, procedures, and tools Collect ongoing onboarding feedback and incorporate into the overall process Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assignedPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 19.50Maximum: 38.99Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
