Job DescriptionThe Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Clinical Client Advisor is responsible for managing relationships with and providing consultative clinical support for clients and account teams who utilize the CVS Caremark MTM program, including: Representing the MTM team by developing and maintaining strong positive business relationships with clients and account teams Engaging clinical client business partners, including pharmacists and physicians, to provide consultative recommendations and clinical information about the MTM program Serving as the subject matter expert for all clinical and operational inquiries from clients related to the MTM program, including providing recommendations on annual clinical program design and goal setting activities Leading standing performance meetings with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial clients and account teams Ensuring flawless execution of new client implementations, leveraging clinical expertise to assist clients in selecting the most appropriate program design to meet their performance goals and defining custom drug- or disease-state specific clinical program requirements as applicable Developing, monitoring, enforcing, and communicating project timelines to clients and account teams Collaborating with internal and external business partners to identify and implement innovative member engagement strategies and other clinical initiatives to improve program performance and operational efficiencies while ensuring member and client satisfaction Driving the acquisition of new business by identifying potential new MTM program clients, providing clinical support for program design, and securing commitments for the delegation of MTM services This position has the ability to work remotely/work from home within the U.S. Relocation is not required. Must have ability to travel occasionally.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 82,000Maximum: 176,800Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications1. Licensed pharmacist (BS Pharmacy or PharmD) with active state licensure.2. Intermediate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office suite of programs.3. Deep understanding of disease states and medications highlighted by the MTM program, and ability to lead clinical client and account team conversations to explain existing program elements and member pharmacy/medical outcomes, and provide recommendations for future enhancements.4. Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and account teams that enable long term program growth and client retention. 5.
