Job DescriptionThis role may be located out of our offices in Northbrook, IL, Scottsdale, AZ, Dallas, TX or Woonsocket, RI. We are also open to a work from home/fully remote arrangement as well.Do you want to make an impact in your next role? This role is an instrumental piece of a transformational underwriting initiative to drive profitability across the enterprise through a more connected and efficient ecosystem.You will be responsible for the product vision, user/customer experience and being a team leader. The Product Owner will develop a deep understanding of the business and the business needs, build close relationships with key stakeholders, and define the business strategy roadmap for the product. The role will work closely with the leader of the ecosystem product owners and IT colleagues to facilitate a strong relationship to bring the vision and strategy to life through clear prioritization and value proposition. You will be accountable for consistent and timely delivery of fully tested solutions to meet the business needs.This is a unique role that leverages the ability to combine business and technology acumen to operate as a detail-oriented expert. Be a Product Visionary- Craft the product vision and build business case for development of features and enhancements to effectively deliver value to users, customers and the business- Define the overall vision and strategic roadmap- Define and analyze metrics that inform impact on customer experience and business outcomes User/Customer Ambassador- Be customer obsessed. Understand the user/customer through interviews/focus groups to generate insights- Facilitates workshops that turn insights into ideas/features to add value to the customer- Build relationships with users/customers, IT delivery team and other key stakeholders/business partnersTeam Leader- Lead design/product meetings- Continually manage and prioritize product backlog-Drive the product roadmap and release schedule- Clarify any assumptions/open questions from the design teamOur organization offers a competitive benefit package including vacation paid time off, holiday/sick time, health/dental/vision insurance, work/life balance, employee discounted stock purchase program, 401K, tuition reimbursement and employee discounts at all CVS stores.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 5+ years overall of professional work experience.- 3+ years experience in Underwriting, Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting.- Strong project management skills, with proven experience to deliver on multiple simultaneous commitmentsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
