Job DescriptionThe position of Supervisor of Software Engineering will be identifying the best applications for the business's needs, provide solutioning, working with business & deliver the project. The Application manager should have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to deadlines. Execute and lead the team & deliver the business system changes with quality & on time.This role requires to develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project. To be aware of system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Expertise in developing applications using Adobe Experience Manager. Expertise on design and implementation of modules in Adobe Experience Manager (6.5, 6.4, 6.3), CRXDE, Template Development, Component Development, Administration, and Installation of Author and Publish instances etc. Expertise in creating Experience Fragments, Workflow Models, Sling Model Exporters. Worked on different IDEs including CRXDE Lite, Eclipse. Good Experience in CI-CD process. IT experience includes requirements analysis, writing technical requirements, task allocation, delivery, and project release activities. Experience in SAFe Agile, Agile-Scrum and Waterfall process methodologies. Experience in Siebel CRM Functional testing. Expertise in performing Black-Box testing, Smoke testing, Compatibility testing, System testing, Regression testing, Cross-Browser testing, End-to-End testing, and Database testing. Expertise in STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and Defect Life Cycle. Good knowledge on programming languages such as Java. Good knowledge with working on using SQL queries. Verifying log files using WinSCP and in AWS. Experience with connecting and working with third party repositories and experience in using GitHub for source code control. Proficient in performing Test Management in HP ALM tool, Mingle and Rally. Extensive working knowledge in defect tracking tools like HP Quality Center and Bugzilla. Proficient in maintaining strong quality testing and ability to meet deadlines. Experience in working and helping colleagues with team challenges. Excellent in Communication, Analytical, Logical, Documentation, Presentation and Interpersonal skills, Self-starter and have ability to present ideas.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,000Maximum: 167,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 10+ years' work experience that reflects a proven track record or proficiency in the competencies noted. 5+ years of Experience of manager / Lead an onshore & offshore team.
