Job DescriptionAs RSM you will travel to the east territory meeting with numerous levels of agents and assist them in marketing our Medicare Supplement and Complementary products. The position will require assisting our National Marketing Organizations (NMO), Independent Marketing Organizations (IMO), Managing General Agents (MGA) and Agents with webinars, training sessions and anything that will assist them in growing business with Aetna. You will work from home when you are not traveling conducting telephones calls to the agents in the territory. You will report to the Regional Vice President of the East region working with the RVP in growing business. You will attend quarterly meetings in the home office and go through training once you are hired.You will need to reside in one the states in the east region which include, IN, OH, WV, VA, NC, SC, FL, CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, VT, NY and RIYou will build strong long-lasting relationships with the organizations you work with throughout the east coast. Self-sufficient in working in the territory setting up your own company paid travel and meetings with organizationsYou will collaborate with home office personal on assisting with the needs of the agents and assist with any issues that may arise. Able to build/manage distribution reportsEach of the 4 regions consists of 3 team members the RVP, RSM and RSS (Regional Sales Specialists). The RSS handles all the day to day needs of the agents.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 48,300Maximum: 96,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
