Director, Medicare Stars Strategy

Job DescriptionAs the Lead Director of Medicare STARS Strategy you will be responsible for supporting the overall development, management and implementation of Aetna's Medicare Stars strategies for the West Region. You will support all aspects of driving collaborative decision-making and implementation of corporate, regional and local actions to maximize Medicare quality projects for the enterprise. Your team, Stars Strategy & Consulting works with important business stakeholders to develop creative ways to achieve enterprise Stars performance goals across all markets. The team is in place to guide our Medicare performance leveraging stakeholders that reside across the entire enterprise.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years experience working with Medicare Advantage Plans. Experience overseeing and driving Medicare Star Rating performance. Experienced managing relationships at the senior level. Experience leading relevant initiatives such as : business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning and analysis, strategic planning, risk management. Experience implementing change in complex organizations.
