Job DescriptionThis role must sit in Maryland or within commutable distance to Maryland bordersYou will act as the primary resource for assigned profile of larger and more complex providers (i.e. market/ regional/national, large group or hospital systems) to establish, oversee, and maintain provider risk management and positive relationships and support high value initiative activities. You will drive the implementation of internal and external solutions to achieve provider satisfaction, cost targets, network growth, and efficiency targets.Assist with or respond to complex issues regarding policies and procedures, contract language, service, claims or compensation issues, and provider education needs.- Ambitious- Detail-oriented- Focused on results- Strong written/oral communication skills.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-Minimum 3+ years of provider relations and/or networkmanagement experience -Minimum 2+ years industry experience.
