Provider Network Senior Manager

Job DescriptionDo you want to make a large impact in your next role? Join Aetna/CVS Health as the Senior Manager of Provider Network Management. Here, you will negotiate competitive and complex contracts with healthcare providers using predetermined internal guidelines and financial standards. Furthermore, you will:- Negotiates contract language in accordance with Aetna standards, engaging other departments as needed for review and approval of contract terms outside the standards. - Conducts competitive and financial analyses to achieve best in market discounts and financial results that are within predetermined targets.- Manages contract performance and works with various internal departments to address questions, issues, and activities related to execution, loading, and ongoing maintenance of provider contracts.- Successfully manage multiple negotiations, issues, and other tasks to ensure completion and meet deadlines while maintaining strong relationships, both internally and externally.To be successful, you will utilize your experience using competitive and financial data, as well as analysis detail, to negotiate favorable contracts. Your strong critical thinking, problem resolution, organization, communication and interpersonal skills will also be key to your success.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
