Job DescriptionDo you want to make a large impact in your next role? Join Aetna/CVS Health as the Senior Manager of Provider Network Management. Here, you will negotiate competitive and complex contracts with healthcare providers using predetermined internal guidelines and financial standards. Furthermore, you will:- Negotiates contract language in accordance with Aetna standards, engaging other departments as needed for review and approval of contract terms outside the standards. - Conducts competitive and financial analyses to achieve best in market discounts and financial results that are within predetermined targets.- Manages contract performance and works with various internal departments to address questions, issues, and activities related to execution, loading, and ongoing maintenance of provider contracts.- Successfully manage multiple negotiations, issues, and other tasks to ensure completion and meet deadlines while maintaining strong relationships, both internally and externally.To be successful, you will utilize your experience using competitive and financial data, as well as analysis detail, to negotiate favorable contracts. Your strong critical thinking, problem resolution, organization, communication and interpersonal skills will also be key to your success.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 7 years of work experience required (graduate level education may substitute) - 1+ years of experience negotiating contracts with hospitals, IPAs, PHOs, large health care providers, or similar experience.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
