Qualified candidates must reside within the assigned region/one of the following parishes: Avoyelles, Catahoula, Concordia, Grant, LaSalle, Rapides, Vernon, or Winn.The Sr. Manager, Value Based Contracting (Practice Transformation Specialist), analyzes clinical and financial data to provide support for value-based provider partners and to achieve practice transformation. This position assists the provider partners with closing clinical gaps in care and addressing health disparities for health equity. You will also work to identify additional providers that are ready for value-based contracting and coordinate with Quality and Case Management partners. Travel is anticipated up to 15% of the time within the assigned region.Fundamental Components: Sets the direction of the strategic business plan and translates into vision for staff/others. As a business leader, influences all stakeholders to support key projects/programs to ensure positive outcomes that deliver on results. Drives change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services (e.g., policies, processes or systems). Identifies gaps in processes or organization and challenges self and others to develop and implement solutions. Directs accountability for impact to SG&A - Ensures accurate prioritization of key projects/programs within purview. Has ultimate accountability for project management services being delivered including organization's budget and/or financial implications.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Candidate must reside in Louisiana/region 6. 3+ years managed care experience. 3+ years' experience in value-based contracting and/or quality. 3+ years' knowledge and experience with HEDIS measures. 1+ years' project management experience. Demonstrated proficiency with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications (i.e., MS Teams, Project, SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Excel) Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Must have access to reliable transportation, valid LA driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance. Bachelor's degree preferred. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills. Medicaid/Medicare experience is a plus.
