Job DescriptionAs a Manager your responsibility includes but is not limited to developing and leading staff. Participation with ownership around developing and/or approving business processes. Manage and maintain relationship with our Customers. Expertise surrounding CMS Guidance. ∙ Manage Enrollment Staff Performance, Training, Attendance, ∙ Attend Group Customer discussion ∙ Participate/contribute to development of business process ∙ Participate/contribute to requirements around system improvements ∙ Support management of Performance Guarantees ∙ Support management of both MA and PDP work queues (AHAP, GEPA, GPS, PCP, MedHok, ASD Workbaskets) ∙ Missing Information ∙ Letter production ∙ Manage Vendor Relationship- Alight and Bswift ∙ Approve Category 3 CMS appeals ∙ ETrack review and updates ∙ Network Expansion ∙ Research weekly CTM's and attend call to discuss opportunities ∙ Manage Reporting Archer, Monthly Plan Changes, Yearly PCC Fallout, Annual Enrollment ∙ SLR reports, appeals, fallout ∙ MP Daily Dashboard Details Report- 4x daily ∙ Group Exceptions ∙ NCOA and Return Mail Attend Daily Operational Management Calls (WFM) Daily tracking and monitoring of all Operational work queues and reports to ensure TAT are metPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 2 + years of prior intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel, and basic-to-intermediate experience using core Microsoft Office products, including Word and Outlook- 2 + years professional communication experience in verbal and written form- 1 + years of experience analyzing data/reports- 1 + years of Healthcare, or Insurance related experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
