Job DescriptionLeads the work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects or programs, through to implementation, that impact multiple processes, systems, functions and products. Length of project may run multiple years in duration. Coordinates with operational leads within the Duals Center of Excellence, enterprise departments, and other matrix partners to drive business performance and objectives. Manages work plans, running projects, coordinating larger review meetings and ensuring areas are completing projects timely. Works across business units as needed (Medicaid and Medicare service operations). Develops and implements strategic business plan to achieve business goals. Proactively leads a program and/or most complex projects by setting strategic direction. Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization. Collaborates and partners with other functional managers, other business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed. Manages projects within the Duals Markets team across the country collaborating with DSNP markets.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsKnowledge of Medicare and Medicaid program requirements and some operational background within a health plan environment.
