Job DescriptionThis position will report to the Lead Director of PDP Marketing, supporting retention and acquisition marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include management of email operations and execution, piloting efforts to support PDP membership goals and providing operational support to online and offline marketing campaigns. Fundamental Components: Support acquisition and retention programs focusing primarily on email channels. Review program results and work with telesales and consumer analytics team to develop strategic recommendations. Partner with internal and external email partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget Facilitate compliance review process of marketing materials. Help marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through extensive validation process. Lead project management and develop timelines across internal and external stakeholders. Development of campaign requirements for program implementation Collaborate with our internal creative team as well as external agency partners to ensure marketing material and campaign designs remain compliant Provide thought leadership in content development for PDP member campaigns Other responsibilities as assigned.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
