Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive administrative support to the Vice President, Integrated Pharmacy. Duties are complex in nature and involve access to confidential information as well as normal administrative activities such as scheduling appointments, making arrangements for meetings both inside and outside the company, making travel arrangements, creating PowerPoint presentations, accessing systems to view/update information and coordinating activities across several departments. This position exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex information requests. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain and manage calendars, meeting arrangements and conference calls and resolve scheduling conflicts; Arranging travel; assisting with planning and scheduling meetings / special events for leadership meetings; Screening and responding to incoming meeting requests and correspondence; Handling executives' requests and queries appropriately and in a timely manner Preparing and maintaining expense reports Providing support to ensure seamless execution of special events, including Town Hall meetings, recognition events, special communications, etc. Assisting with new hire processing and IT requests / on-boarding Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment Providing organization support including maintaining or accessing information from Teams sites, presentation development (PowerPoint), database management (Excel), limited project management and other tasks as needed; completing other duties as assignedPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 19.50Maximum: 38.99Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience- 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience - must have excellent skills and proficiency in Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. - Experience in travel planningCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
