Automation Supervisor for Facility Services

Job DescriptionAs the Automation Logistics Supervisor for the Facility Services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of non-exempt employees in CVS Health's state of the art distribution facility. This includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and supervising the daily activities of an assigned shift and functional area to achieve performance goals and metrics within the distribution center. Responsibilities entail the management of all building electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fork truck and conveyor equipment repair and preventative maintenance. As the Logistics Supervisor, you will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.Flexibility required to work across 3 shifts (7AM to 5PM start time)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 81,100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
