Sr Mgr - Outbound Routing and Strategy

Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Outbound Transportation Support leads the strategy and execution of processes which enable CVS to effectively move product to its retail stores. This role's primary purpose is to manage all phases of Outbound routing, including but not limited to; creation of daily executable route plans for store deliveries and overarching delivery optimization planning. By leading a team of analysts and planners, this person is responsible for making calculated decisions that drive value and influence cross functional teams to affect the business in ways that allow for CVS Transportation to provide a level of service to its customers that is second to none. The candidate elected for this position should be an effective leader capable of managing personnel at various levels to ensure that numerous concurrent deliverables are achieved while continuously challenging colleagues at all levels to innovate and drive change that positively impacts all facets of Outbound Transportation.
