Job DescriptionThe Medicaid NextGen Provider Data Integration team is hiring a senior analytics analyst with experience in the EPDB or QNXT environments, who will be tasked with defining business needs to successfully prioritize and manage inventory of provider data changes needed to migrate the provider book of record from QNXT to the Enterprise Provider Data Base (EPDB). The senior analytics analyst will ensure that data integrity is maintained to support down stream processes, and will partner with other data analyst for several different marketsThe Senior Analytics Analyst will perform analysis and translates business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation within specified time frames to solve moderately complex problems (multiple interfaces with other systems within a business unit) considering all impacted components from an end-to-end perspective. Works with the cross functional team, led by provider data services, to define a migration strategy and inventory management for provider data Ensures end-to-end traceability of requirements is complete. Applies specific functional and/or business expertise to perform assigned tasks and develop specific project deliverables. Conducts impact analysis of data changes on business processes and existing technology. Proactive in identifying multiple dependencies on the work product to alert and bring necessary stake holders to the table to address and close those dependencies. Participates in collaborative system and data design sessions with the user community, technical architecture resources, and development resources. Adheres to SDLC or AGILE project management methodology by utilizing internal procedures and tools and identifying areas for methodology improvement.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
