Job DescriptionThe Executive Director, Enterprise Reputation Management provides leadership of colleague based integrated campaigns and the company's narrative and stories in support of the company vision to reimagine health care.Reporting to the VP, Communications Strategy and Enterprise Solutions, the core responsibility of this role is ensuring the development, execution and oversight of colleague based integrated campaigns in support of the enterprise strategy and how our external narrative evolves public opinion. In doing so, this position sets the CVS Health narrative and maintains the evolution of messages and curated customer stories. This role involves a high degree of relationship building with enterprise leaders and key business partners across the organization. You will need to combine a deep of understanding of CVS Health's business priorities with current events and achieve disciplined campaign execution with attention to detail in order to drive to measurable results.Reputation Management (Colleague) Co-lead the Reputation & Purpose Steering Team made up of executive leaders and senior leaders from across the company poised to focus on enterprise campaigns and business initiatives that are cross-product, cross-functional and/or strategic multi-year efforts that advance the company's culture, purpose and strategy. Drive deliverables with a strong sense of how colleagues are progressing together to be the employer of choice. Trusted partner to the Chief Communications Officer and Executive Leadership through consistent collaboration and transparency. Operate with keen communication discipline and leadership being mindful of diverse audiences and channels to convey the most efficient integrated pany Narrative Collaborates within the enterprise to understand new/refined imperatives and how internal/external narratives, messages and stories drive the company narrative Develop and maintain the company narrative, including key messaging at the enterprise and business levels, for all audiences and channels. Provide current narrative content and curated customer stories to optimize internal/external company activities (i.e., company town hall, earnings, investor day/strategy, etc.) Ensure narrative messaging and stories are integrated to enterprise campaigns/communication plans. Lead a team in support of the reputation management and company narrative work Collaborate and influence the Communications Leadership Team to ensure alignment to Narrative and Reputation work across Internal/External comms and lines of businessPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 131,500Maximum: 289,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 15+ years of professional communications experience with direct experience leading enterprise/executive leader communications. Proven experience developing and executing successful communication programs at the enterprise level for major corporate organizations. Proven project management skills with a track record of flawless execution of multi-faceted programs. Strong executive presence that inspires trust and confidence. Effective team player with proven ability to work with senior executives and to collaborate and build relationships to achieve results across a matrixed organization. Exceptional writing and editing skills; strong presentation skills. Strategic thinker with ability to focus on new strategies, channels and technologies that enable business objectives to be exceeded. Sound judgement, with the ability to balance short- and long-term priorities in a disciplined manner. Commitment to quality while being able to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment, calmly adapting to change when needed. Ability to handle high level confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
