Job DescriptionThis role within the central program office of Medical Affairs will lead and contribute to a variety of initiatives intended to improve and advance approaches, processes, partnerships, and products within the Aetna business and across the enterprise. This entails organizing, facilitating, and driving the work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects or programs, from conceptualization to execution. Significant collaboration and negotiation is needed across multiple functions, business segments, and external partners. A proactive, creative, and nimble approach enables success in an exciting and dynamic environment. This important role has the opportunity to shape and deliver new innovation which positively impacts the business and the populations we serve.1. Analyzes health issues, populations, and partners to understand key needs and opportunities.2. Synthesizes project requirements based on identified need and stakeholder input.3. Develops effective but flexible plans, approaches, and materials.4. Collaborates and partners with other internal teams and external partners.5. Advises on strategies and options to meet target need and opportunities for improvement. 6. Anticipates, identifies, and troubleshoots barriers to success.7. Drives successful and timely deliverables and senior leader briefings.8. Documents progress and impact on health and business outcomes.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
