Job DescriptionPosition Summary :As the Executive Director, Commercialization & Launch, you will create and implement a go-to-market approach for new, innovative PBM product offerings and stand up a sales organization to introduce these solutions to the market. You will be on the forefront of healthcare innovation, leading a team focused on introducing digital-focused PBM solutions to client challenges and ensuring market-facing messaging resonates with priority customer segments. This role requires a strong command of sales and marketing capabilities, including business development, pursuit management, and digital marketing. A successful Executive Director will utilize an in-depth understanding of sales processes and marketing tools to create an end-to-end go-to-market strategy for introducing new products to the market and scaling to new segments over time. This role has the unique opportunity to introduce new products to the market and set the foundation for future market expansion as the team grows. You will manage a team of direct reports and additional resources managed through other managers. In addition to managing direct reports, you will be responsible for collaborating across functional areas and coordinating required inputs from enabling teams. In this critical leadership position, you will work closely with senior executives and business partners at all levels of the organization to understand business and marketplace needs, to guide teams to solve problems, and to rapidly deliver new solutions to the market. Key responsibilities include: Sales enablement - training and development, CRM tools, field sales communications and process improvement initiatives to realize sales and account management team efficiencies Pipeline management - develop criteria to qualify potential prospects, outline approach for market-facing sales discussions, and actively maintain the accuracy and completeness of CRM data Sales process design- design and implement processes to enable field team success, including deploying sales team training, establishing and tracking key performance indicators, and launching insights and analytics to enable continuous improvement in sales team effectiveness Marketing collateral - leverage market, competitive, and sales insights and intelligence to create innovative insights, prioritize messaging, and create compelling collateral to demonstrate the value story of new PBM offerings within market segments Change management- utilize existing knowledge of PBM product and underwriting requirements to design and implement streamlined processes that minimize manual intervention Executive communication - provide timely and relevant updates to leadership on product development progress, escalating and triaging any risks and issues as they arise Strategic insights and cross-functional partnership - leverage comprehensive understanding of the PBM business to execute against strategy goals and drive results. Collaborate across the enterprise, coordinating with other business units where necessary Leadership skills and ongoing team management - ability to empower a large, complex team to achieve product development milestones and meet budget objectives within a broader cross-functional project planREMOTEPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 131,500Maximum: 289,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
