Job DescriptionThis position will be part of the Medicaid Project Management Office (PMO)- Program Delivery team and is accountable for program delivery, PMO operations and their compliance.This role will require excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail and basic knowledge of project management and SAFe Agile Framework.The Position will collaborate with several business areas like finance, marketing, enrollment, claims, health plans and corporate leadership to drive the project towards its objectives.Become a key part of CVS's journey in changing healthcare and become a key contributor to the success of the Medicaid PMO organization.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsDemonstrating ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, collaborative, problem-solving mindsets by developing project timelines, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work.Tracks progress and communicate project status, including creating executive summary reports on regular basis.Must be comfortable with ambiguity and excellent in organization information and notes.Acts as a point of contact or subject matter expert for urgent business needs and identifies risks, issues and collaborates to develop viable mitigation strategies.Works appropriately with confidential information; acts with discretion at all times1+ years of experience in consulting, project management or operational experience.1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on ExcelCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
