Job DescriptionThis position exists to ensure the quality of IT products for business users by resolving business solutions. Performs and leads tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents and works to resolve all complex problems. Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations. Acts as information resource about assigned areas to others. Performs complex work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,000Maximum: 167,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications6+ years of solid QA experience in a PBM, Pharmacare or Heath Care related companies and/or other related industries such as Hospitals, Pharmacy Retail or 4+ Experience as a BA (Business Analyst) or Business Account Manager or Advisor in Rx Claims2+ years experience with Quality Center or Rationale Functional Tester2+ years experience delivering assignments within specified time frames, adhering to all established methodologies, standards and guidelines individually and/or as the QA lead of a project teamCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications2+ years using Rally for QA and test cases1+ years working knowledge of Claim Adjudication5+ years of creating test scenarios and scripts from Business Requirements and Process documents2+ years serving in a role as a Lead tester overseeing the work of QA teamsSkilled in creating test plans, identifying and reporting defects and conducting code/technical analysisDeep knowledge of and experience with a wide range of software test engineering concepts: testing principles and concepts building a test environment, tracking defects and making corrections, and assessing testing status; tester's role in software development and acquisition, risk analysis, and acceptance testing; test management, planning processes, design, automation, performance & reportingExperience working with/in defect issue reporting tools, and SAFe Agile methodology required; experience using automated testing tools is preferredEducationBachelor degree or High School Diploma/GED and 10+ yearsBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS HealthEvery one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
