Manager, Software QA Engineering

Job DescriptionThis position exists to ensure the quality of IT products for business users by resolving business solutions. Performs and leads tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents and works to resolve all complex problems. Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations. Acts as information resource about assigned areas to others. Performs complex work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,000Maximum: 167,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications6+ years of solid QA experience in a PBM, Pharmacare or Heath Care related companies and/or other related industries such as Hospitals, Pharmacy Retail or 4+ Experience as a BA (Business Analyst) or Business Account Manager or Advisor in Rx Claims2+ years experience with Quality Center or Rationale Functional Tester2+ years experience delivering assignments within specified time frames, adhering to all established methodologies, standards and guidelines individually and/or as the QA lead of a project teamCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
