Job DescriptionThe Senior Analyst of Merchandising Operations will be the day-to-day business support for merchandising while also driving the development and delivery of store experiences for Front Store Merchandising initiatives and programs that can be integrated into or expand upon the current retail sales strategy. The primary responsibilities of a Senior Analyst will be to use their knowledge of front store to contribute to the development and implementation of new merchandising initiatives and programs into our company's operational processes and ensure flawless store execution, while also supporting day to day merchandising business support.This position requires strong collaboration skills as it is necessary to work with cross functional teams and influence our internal business partners and store teams on the execution of merchandising programs/initiatives. This position will routinely interact with the following groups: Category Management, Marketing, Inventory Planning and Retail In Store Design (RISD).This position will afford the right candidate an opportunity to grow their skills in the areas of: project management, communication skills in a cross functional environment and solution development. The ideal candidate possesses strong communications skills, has a deep understanding of the business and can advocate for our store and field partners that will set store teams & business partners up for flawless execution across the chain.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-2+ years of experience in field and corporate operations, with prior retail or field management experience-1+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel -Willingness and ability to travel: 10-15% based on need for min-testing, store visits, and team collaborationCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
