Job DescriptionBswift is currently seeking an experienced Practice Leader to join our Practice Leadership team. We are looking for a seasoned professional and SME in the benefits administration industry. The Practice Leadership team is responsible for building and maintaining domain expertise in overall health & welfare benefits administration. This role will develop and maintain best practice approaches, tools, and resources to help client teams serve their clients in the best possible manner. This role will also serve as industry best practice and Health & Welfare standards consultant, and Federal guidelines Subject Matter Expert to ensure service delivery offerings, pricing, and product development to support bswift and clients with quality and adherence to best practice. This role will lead projects across the bswift enterprise to further key Practice Leadership initiatives, both technical and non-technical. This role will report to the Executive Director, Strategic PlanningResponsibilities Include but not limited to: Develops business strategies to successfully manage renewals and ensure customer satisfaction. Implements operational plans in support of achieving renewal, customer satisfaction, revenue, and earnings objectives. Supports team in developing productive and collaborative internal partnerships to create a comprehensive growth and service strategy for an assigned book of business. Ensures alignment with customer's objectives, financial position, and employee benefit strategy while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable revenue and growth. Regularly provides updates to senior leadership on operational successes or improvement areas within regionally aligned team. Manages, develops, and cultivates relationships with constituents as appropriate. Partners with team members as appropriate in meetings with clients to professionally represent Aetna in the marketplace; articulates how Aetna's products and services can contribute to clients' objectives. Recruits, develops, and retains a diverse workforce. Sets, communicates, implements, and monitors performance metrics within assigned team; aligns assigned performance measures with company objectives. Org Wide creation of best practices and changes to policy proposals, decision maker for all operational best practices. Steering for Direct Client Services, Sales, and Contracting to move in line with best practices, and to guide SLA pricing for both standard and buy up offerings. Leadership - Anticipating and innovating; collaborating for results; creating a world class diverse workforce.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Minimum 8+ years' experience in client delivery, client management, implementation, operations, direct or brokerage sales, and/or management consulting Must have benefits administration industry experience Experience leading teams to successfully execute multiple deliverables under strict time constraints while providing strategic guidance, direction, and coaching Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems Detailed knowledge of employee benefits and related technology solutions Proven relationship management skills at senior levels within an organization and external constituents.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
