The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will: Work with Product and UX teams to be part of a team of engineers in developing elegant code and state-of-the-art responsive customer experiences Coach and mentor less experienced team members. Collaborate in troubleshooting complex data, features, service, platform issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues Work closely with digital product management to build industry leading digital experiences Able to find answers to unknowns from inside and outside the team without disruption in a given story or feature. Solves some cross team/platform wide problems with minimal assistance. Collaborate to drive solutions that would reduce cost, expenses, and time to market Works with product and design to provide feedback on features and implementation Self-driven and self-motivated Identified Industry best practice and suggest improvements within team and organizationPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Minimum 8 - 10 years' experience in Fullstack Java/J2ee/Spring boot/SQL. 2 + years Kafka, NoSQL and Cache Datastores, Cloud experience 5 years of experience in working closely with Product and Business team 3 - 5 years' experience in designing and implementing medium to large scale applications Experience in identifying requirement and providing solution for complex business requirements Leading and guiding team in delivering solution for business needs Encourage team members to come up with ideas and be a CoachCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins. Experience with XML/JSON and developing REST Services.
