Job DescriptionThe ITGS Sr Configuration Analyst, Medicare Part D Systems Support is responsible for defining requirements, assessing, solutioning, designing, configuration, and testing of the application.The Sr Configuration Analyst will be responsible for implementing new application capabilities and subsequently assuming on-going operational responsibility for enhancing and maintenance of the applications. Within this role, you will work with business partners, QA, UAT to translate new business into effective configuration. Within this role you must become proficient with a variety of Part D Operational concepts, practices, and procedures. This position is responsible for setting up new configuration, validating and performing audit and reconciliation activities on-time with quality and accuracy.Responsibility: Hands on configuration/implementation knowledge of core benefit administration package software (e.g. Strong understanding Facets medical plan benefit structures is a plus) Analyze customers' business requirements and perform system configuration analysis following established processes, standards and procedures. Resolve escalated issues in the appropriate manner and appropriate timeframe, to meet client specific SLAs. Identifying gaps between external expectations and system limitations and suggest configuration improvements or streamlined maintenance processes and techniques. Estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete activities. Perform configuration validation by running reports and SQL queries. Other duties as assignedPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,000Maximum: 128,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 6-8 years performing complex business &/or technology operations including experience with healthcare enrollments across all Lines of Business. 4+ years in advanced competence with Excel. Strong understanding of database concepts and 5+ years of competence with MS Access/SQL Developer. Experience with Medicare Enrollment, Billing and Correspondence Operations (4+years) Experience with enterprise-wide and / or cross-functional large scale initiatives with high degree of complexity.
