Job DescriptionThe Product Commercialization Governance Senior Manager helps safeguard that PBM & Specialty Products are produced on time and to quality by ensuring they are delivered to the market in accordance with CVS Health Product Commercialization governance standards. This role will be responsible for maintaining the Product Development Lifecycle framework, monitoring adherence to the framework and promoting / supporting the framework across the organization. 1. Monitor the status of projects in the Product Development Lifecycle framework, including weekly Product Status Call preparation / execution; conduct compliance assessments on usage /quality of tooling / documentation2. Facilitate remediation with the Project Team where usage / quality of Product Development Lifecycle framework tooling is not to defined standards3. Lead the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the Product Development Lifecycle framework including updates to tooling, policies and procedures and guidance materials 4. Perform Product Development Lifecyle framework support services such as Clarity system access and the provision of training and guidance for all tooling5. Maintain a set of metrics (KPI / KRI), reporting (and supporting processes) to measure adherence / compliance to the Product Development Lifecycle framework, allowing for the swift identification and resolution of breachesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
