Job DescriptionAetna's Medicare Informatics Team is growing and expanding This is exciting opportunity to join a high performing, collaborative team as our Tableau Reports Developer- Senior.This role will be responsible for the successful delivery of supporting Tableau Reports for Multiple Products . This position will assist in architecting and building the rapid development reporting environment and maintain and enhance automated reports. This also includes being able to extract; collect; analyze and interpret healthcare member data to address business questions regarding population health; quality of care and other healthcare business needs. And directly work with end-users and internal business partners to create; Reports, Publications and Dashboards within Tableau Reports . The Resource will work with Business Stakeholders in all Phases of SDLC .Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications() Responsible for building new tableau reports, enhancing existing reports and Testing, Scheduling extracts and Publishing the reports. () 4+ years of experience and advanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Tableau Online, Tableau Server, SQL.() 4+ years of experience and advanced knowledge of SQL Query writing Skills and database design principles.() Experience in Tableau Server end user access privileges.() 4+ experience and advanced knowledge and experience with Tableau desktop with a strong understanding of Tableau architecture and administration. () Strong development skills in Tableau and data analytics and visualizations.() Managing creation of reports / dashboards through the Development, Test, Production process (DEV-QA-PROD).() Strong working knowledge of various database connection setups through Tableau tools.() Experience in implementing best practices, including error handling and scheduling tableau extracts.() Proficient in SQL and have a solid understanding of data modeling, databases and will be able to collaborate and design the back end data model that suit the reporting needs (Knowledge in DB2 is a Plus).() Provide assistance and support to business partners addressing their ad-hoc requests.() Experience in working with End Users in Gathering reporting requirements from business partners for Reports.() Development and creating business/functional requirement documents based on end user needs.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
