Digital Strategy Senior Analyst / Associate

Job DescriptionAs a core member of the Digital Strategy team, this individual will both help develop our long-term Enterprise digital strategy as well as execute it, ensuring we translate our longer term strategic vision into products and solutions that help meaningfully address the core health and wellness needs of our members, customers, and patients. This is a unique role that will marry business and strategic rigor - requiring a person who can take complex problems and apply a structured approach to problem-solving - with an innovator's creativity and "think customer" mentality. The role will both influence our 3-5 year strategic digital vision as well as bring-to-life a customer-focused innovation process to ensure we consistently keep our customers' needs at the heart of what we do.To be the healthcare change agent we are seeking, this person must be entrepreneurial, high-energy, and intellectually-curious, and should be able to thrive in a high demand, performance-driven environment. This individual must be comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity, working cross-functionally and influencing others.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,000Maximum: 128,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 + years of experience in one of the following areas: o A product or analytics roleo A strategic/business planning role (eg Mgmt.
