Job DescriptionThe Shared Services and Advanced Technology Delivery (SSATD) organization is accountable for: End-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise technology platforms including Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise APIs and our Customer Contact cubating and delivering emerging technologies.Providing IT products and solutions for shared service business functions.Overseeing core production support model and open enrollment processes.The size and scale of this organization equates to $75.5M in portfolio investment and $220.5M in cost center expenses for a combined amount of $300M+ in financial management accountability. This position will be accountable for improving operational efficiency across the organization. We are seeking an individual with the ability to navigate a large organization and liaise with senior Business and IT partners (Exec Director and above). The role requires exceptional interpersonal, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is someone with the ability to influence partners across the enterprise. This individual should also have strong data collection, project management, and financial management skills.You will be responsible for:Key leadership responsibilities in the following areas: Financial Tracking and Management, Systems Monitoring and Deployment Readiness, Talent Staffing and Strategy, and Operational Excellence.Financial Tracking and Managemento Managing a matrixed production support funding model which requires investment governance and collaboration with budget managers across HCB IT, inclusive of 8 business-aligned Change Control Boards (CCBs).o Monitoring and administration of the $35M Infosys Managed Services Contract and associated performance-based SLAs (priority ticket queues, turnaround times, business satisfaction, aging ticket backlog, incidents reopened, etc.) and evolving into the Subject Matter Expert of these operating measures and influencing the decisions on the strategic contractual terms to optimize their value.o Function as lead for our enterprise investment and financial planning tool. Systems Monitoring and Deployment Readiness:o Owns our Rationalize Business Applications (RBA) KPIs and other scorecard objectives.o Coordinating Release Management practices to drive the consistency needed to assure system stability for our customers. Talent Staffing and Strategy:o Helps with the management of the staffing strategy, including supporting initiatives like early-in-career and vendor talent (via consultant conversions).o Influences organizational culture to drive greater inclusion, belonging, and recognition.o Drives organizational consistency and strategy across the management team. Operational Excellence:o Partners with executive leaders to curate content for Executive Leadership Governance forums including Monthly Operating Reviews and Strategic Business Reviews.o Manages execution of operations projects needed to achieve our scorecard objectives such as application resiliency discovery and other technical health initiatives.o Designs and leads an organization-wide Managers forum. Curating HR, Staffing, Culture, and Efficiency best practices to nurture Colleague engagement and satisfaction.o Constructs and implements organization communications, creating engaging content, and adhering to corporate brand standards.We're looking for a great team member with: Deep collaboration skills and ability to work as a team player seeking alignment.Must be resourceful and take initiative even when given minimal direction.General understanding of the Healthcare industry, insurance knowledge, and software delivery operating models.Proficiency with data collection and financial management.Solid understanding of defining and tracking key metrics to drive improvements that positively impact an organization.Experience in vendor contract administration.Ability to facilitate creativity and continuous improvement.Must be able to collaborate across the organization with business executives and executive IT Leadership.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail.Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Highly developed presentation skills.Passion for learning new tools and technologies.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
