Job DescriptionJob Purpose and Summary: This role is responsible for collaborating with business partners and EPPM colleagues, as well as supporting the Senior Manager FP&A Innovation in managing the automation, modernization, and drive overall continuous improvement of FP&A processes. The individual is responsible for managing datasets within Alteryx/Tableau, building new data sets, collaborating with the IT department on how to best connect data sources, build data visualization requests from the broader EPPM team with user experience in mind, and support the implementation of EPPM innovation and efficiency priorities (as identified by CFO; SVP, EPPM; FPA Innovation Sr. Director and Director, and "EPPM Roadmap"). Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Position is responsible for supporting Sr Manager of FPA Innovation in researching, testing, implementing and rolling out FPA-focused tools, technology and processes across the enterprise to: Automate financial and operational reporting and data extraction with modern analytics and data transformation tools in order to enable EPPM colleagues, Finance CFOs, and business leaders with more modernized and accurate monthly reporting, strategic planning and operational planning processes. Develop and help implement consistent business management dashboards that will enable business owners' to analyze financial/operational data with more modern technology. Create summarized visual representations of their findings to support executive level decisions on short and long term growth objectives. Drive awareness and communicate effectively with business leaders across the enterprise about automation and analytics capabilitites. This position is part of a focused effort to create a centralized, focused and modernized business management approach, powered by innovative tools and resources mentioned in the above-stated goals. This will enhance efficiency of the Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis function, ultimately leading to and aligning with the enterprise goals of achieving a more innovative landscape and setting a precedent for all financial business management processes moving forward.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
