Job DescriptionThe Manager of Process Innovation, LTC is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of pharmacy operations and functional groups across the LTC business unit. The Manager of Process Innovation is an ambassador and subject matter expert for long term care pharmacy and field operations. This person will represent key Pharmacy Operations interests with departments as they develop and enhance programs. They will collaborate with members of many teams to lend operational expertise within and outside of Pharmacy Operations.This person will be heavily involved in maintaining excellent day-to-day support, problem resolution, policy and procedure development, and ownership of numerous high visibility communication channels. Critical thinking, impacting, and influencing skills will be needed to uphold the highest standards in these areas. A deep understanding of the business is required to deliver timely resolution or processes to remove operational barriers for the field. This person will be responsible for management of his/her own individual projects to drive excellence and must effectively manage their time to provide quality / timely support to internal and external stakeholders (field leaders and pharmacy teams). In addition, they will develop and implement enhancements to their projects to improve execution and remove barriers for field and pharmacy teams. Candidate will need strong problem solving and analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop meaningful operational output.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications1. Strong problem solving and analytical skills 2.
