Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager Digital Product of Technology and Innovation Perspective is tasked with creating a best-in-class consumer experience focused on identifying, prioritizing, shaping, complex enterprise initiatives in partnership with Digital Product Managers. At CVS, the digital team manages the websites, apps and messaging platforms that support each business segment, and this role must provide a digital-first perspective to help realize the business goals. Will require a person possessing a strategic Product Development mindset coupled with the flexibility and willingness to dive into tactical workflow as well. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in new situations, works well with ambiguity, and has the capability to overcome hurdles encountered. The Senior Manager Digital Product of Technology and Innovation Perspective works on several product lines simultaneously at a somewhat "high level" verses "owning" any one product; thus, the role is ideal for a person who thrives on variety and shifting priorities. Primary Responsibilities: developing robust business cases framing communications and justifying trade off decisions, developing detailed roadmaps (tied to driving growth, improving health outcomes, improving the overall consumer experience, and/or reducing cost of service), ensuring alignment with key business stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Formulary, Pharmacy, and other Teams) collaborating with digital functional teams (Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, Design and Product Owners) translating customer and business needs into short term and long-term product direction (outcome roadmap) prioritizing and aligning the efforts of agile product teams and epics/features associated with programs influencing the flow of work through the program and into the program backlog managing the initiative backlog across teams, pilots, and ROI identifying dependencies among the varying digital teams as well as with external teams performing industry research, as necessary, to keep senior stakeholder and teams apprised of the competitive landscape as well as support feature development. participating in SAFe Agile ceremonies where appropriate setting goals using measurable data points and can evaluate success of the initiative versus plan. Advance innovation strategy and research-based emerging product- using a risk-based approach - while ensuring measures and processes are aligned with and support the Company's business objectives Monitors emerging technology and develop appropriate implementation strategies Suggests incubation development by providing solution recommendations Strong business acumen and ability to quickly convert strategic and operational issues into innovation opportunities that achieve the goals of the organization, operating unit and enterprisePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Development experience.3+ years of experience with Agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).3+ years of competitive analysis experience. 3+ years of supporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams, Executive Leadership and Clients.
