Job DescriptionEligible to Apply Anywhere in the US Dynamic position within the Medicare NextGen team, responsible for project management functions for the NY Fully Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (FIDE SNP ) and other Dual Eligible Special Needs plans (DSNP) administered on the NextGen this position you will be responsible to coordinate the efforts of multiple teams and ensure milestones and timelines are met. Responsibilities include developing robust project plans, leading meetings, documenting requirements, development of reporting and presentations, driving issue resolution and business decisions when needed, identifying and tracking cross-team dependencies, identifying issues that may stall project progress and addressing them by working with the teams in resolving the issue or creating an alternative solution, and updating leadership on project status.This position is also responsible for oversight of the Health Information Exchange process for DSNP plans. You will be responsible to define requirements for each state Health Information Exchange (HIE) and project manage to ensure that data is set up for exchange with each state in accordance with contractual commitments. Other projects may be assigned including project work related to DSNP expansion.The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing management of more complex projects which typically impact more than one of the following: process, system, product and/or function and may run a year in duration.This position supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs. The Senior Project Manager has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of the assigned project such as planning, coordination, development, and implementation. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative process often requires managing relationships across the segments or multiple functional areasPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Experience with Health Rules Payor is desired.
