Job DescriptionMust live within 75 miles of Monroeville, PA.CVS Health is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of our Benefits Verification team. This is primarily a WORK FROM HOME position. However candidates must live within a commutable distance from Monroeville, PA, for occasional on site training. As a Benefits Verification Representative, you are a critical liaison between our patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers. You will verify insurance coverage in order to process patient prescription orders in a timely manner. Successful candidates in this role will possess an empathetic telephone presence, strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and a goal driven work ethic. This position is 40 hours and offers overtime during our business peaks. On Site Training is Monday through Fridays 8 to 4:30 p.m.We are seeking individuals to commit to a 40 hour work week. Our schedules are either Monday through Friday 11 am to 7:30 pm. or 2 days off during the week working Saturdays and Sundays 9:30 am to 6 pm, with the rest of the week being 8 am to 4:30 p.m. You will be assigned a shift and you will not be expected to rotate shifts daily.
