Pricing Manager - Clinical Trial Services

Job DescriptionIn the Pricing Manager role you will oversee the pricing strategy and budgeting execution of the Home Research Nursing (HRN) business, while challenging industry standards to maximize value to both the business and our clients. This position will build an infrastructure and lead daily operations for budget proposals, bid-defense support, revenue cycle management and measuring financial performance. The role is also responsible for supporting business unit level analytics associated with business unit level financial management. What you'll do: Oversee overall pricing strategy for Home Research Nursing products and services. Collaborate with proposals, contracting, product and solution teams to complete budget proposals, negotiation and contracting activities.Lead the development of creative processes, methodologies, data, and technologies that will ensure ongoing improvements in the delivery of budgeting, contracting, and metric reporting services within the HRN business. Provide guidance, oversight, and training to finance and analytics team to maximize the effectiveness of CVS's operational execution of products and servicesOversee translation of protocol-specific Schedule of Activities (SOA) provided by clients into proposed budget and contract templates based on fair market value guidelinesEnsure all issued budgets and contracts are compliant with internal (e.g. SOPs, Legal) and external (e.gICH GCP, local regulation) standardsOversee HRN related budget and contract negotiations and finalization with clients or relevant CRO partnersOversee tracking and processing of study budgets, invoicing, and vendor payments.Develop HRNs' pricing guidelines, standards, and tools for budgeting, contracting, and performance reportingWork with the Legal team to ensure the development of CVS's master budget and contract templates to ensure efficient deployment by proposals teamBe a point of escalation for issues that arise in the pricing, budgeting, invoicing, vendor payments and reportingPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
