Job DescriptionThe WMS Solutions Delivery Lead of the Logistics IT Team is responsible for the implementation and support of the Next Generation Warehouse Management System.This is a leadership role which requires: Experience with implementing level 4/5 Warehouse Management Systems required. I had Senior experience in technology design, development, and delivery Project delivery using formal methodologies. Strong relationship building, influence skills and ability to productively interact with all levels of leadership Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills with tech and business audiences Sense of urgency, and ability to problem solve on the flyThis is remote Monday - Friday with occasional nights, weekends and holidays as needed. May also require travel.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications7+ years of progressively senior experience in technology design, development, and delivery5+ years experience with level 4/5 Warehouse Management Systems required.Preferred QualificationsThe candidate will apply leadership, technical, project management and problem resolution skills to ensure the team seamlessly implements the Next Generation Warehouse Management System. The role is also accountable for end-to-end technology product roadmap delivery and leadership across all impacted technology areas, including design, development, testing & deployment. The position fills a strategic role by partnering with the Logistics business community, peer IT teams, and third party vendors in the planning, deployment and support of CVS' Next Generation WMS. Defines technology impacts of the project/workstream and accountable for technology delivery of the product roadmap as applicable.Responsible for the consideration of future production support implications with a cost-effective design and quality solution, inclusive of application resiliency and availability. Previous experience deploying level 4/5 WMS platforms (Blue Yonder, Manhattan) highly preferred.
