Senior Analyst Business Analytics- Remote U.S.

Job DescriptionTelework position, can be located anywhere in the US. This position is responsible for operations supporting Medicare part D stars initiatives, including but not limited to project management, finance reconciliation, and operational oversight of key program metrics. Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. Responsibilities of this position include: Developing and executing project plans as a member of the business team Supporting reconciliation of all invoices, facilitation of payment for vendors Manage the approval process for member and provider communications Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external matrix partners to support clinical programs Work collaboratively with leadership and management to strengthen business and operational processes Create requirement documentation for technical developers Provide quality assurance for internal documentation and process flows. Support programs and systems to align to compliance standards Other duties as requiredThis position does involve travel up to 10%Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience with Medicare Stars, managed care or population health 3+ years or equivalent experience with project management-1-2 years Finance and budget experience Excellent organizational and analytical skills Superior communication skills, written and verbal, with patients and clinicians Ability to prioritize daily to monthly deliverables Computer Skills: Enhanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint are required.
