Sr Analyst Business Analytics

Job DescriptionThis position will help support the business information management team (BIM Team) for Medicaid Enrollment. This includes creating databases, data management, and maintenance. Proactively provide insight, monitoring, and consultation on the operations, design, testing, and enhancement of information in reporting/quality assurance for processes and files. Ensure enrollment data is processed accurately and timely in the most efficient manner. This also includes reporting, training, quality assurance, audits, and the ability to analyze data. Must be able to creatively translate information using medicaid business knowledge and identify additional information needed to support analytical objectives and to troubleshoot potential issues. In addition to understanding the nuances of data and work to improve data quality and processes for efficiency.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer- Working knowledge of SQL- Working knowledge of databases (creation and maintenance)- Working knowledge of data management- Strong Organizational Skills-1-3 years of data interpretation and analysis experiencePreferred Qualifications- Working Knowledge of applications like Quickbase, PowerBi, etc. (creation and maintenance of databases and reporting)- Working Knowledge of SOX audits- Ability to create, analyze, and decipher in depth SQL queries- Working knowledge of relational data as it relates to extracting and transforming for reporting purposes- Ability to interpret business requirements documents and how they apply to working processes1-3 years of Medicaid Enrollment experience with data reporting and analysisEducation- 1-3 years of data interpretation and analysis experience - Medicaid / Healthcare background preferred- Bachelor's degree preferred- High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS HealthEvery one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
