Job Description Eligible to Apply Anywhere in the US Senior Program Manager in support of Sales Enablement (Provider Sales & Broker Sales focused) works with the Lead Director to identify key sales enablement initiatives.Leads the execution of key initiatives to completion.supports the team to ensure implementation of key sales, sales management and information management process.- Organize, document, distribute, and communicate project materials, including, but limited to the following: project plan, communication plan, project budget, open issues, project status, project outcomes, project requirements, training materials, internal work requests, and report requests.- Document and distribute meeting notes and project updates/requirements.- Communicate project requirements, status, open issues, and timeline to all team members.- Determine impacts on current programs, staffing, operations, or systems and facilitate alignment on solutions.- Maintain and organize files and project dashboard on SharePoint.- Problem solve as necessary.- Raise internal or client concerns with management as necessary.- Responsible for taking care of change request forms.- Develop strategies to drive projects to completion based on desired outcomes.- Track issues and outstanding tasks.- Provide project status on an ongoing and frequent basis depending on the specific projects need.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
