Job DescriptionFinancial Operations team members are responsible for the management and oversight of all client contracted financial reporting, payment, reconciliation deliverables (rebates, contractual credits, client invoicing, service warranty) as well as client financial projects, initiatives and other financial matters within the Molina PBSA. As a Finance Navigator Senior Manager, you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation of formulary rebate processes, oversight of client rebate invoicing, reporting and payments, as well as contract credit reconciliation, client projects, and initiatives. The role is client facing and requires someone who can drive project teams to specific milestones, while effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.Key responsibilities Create and maintain implementation eProject Plans and supporting tools (Milestone Report/CRAID/Agendas/etc.) Partner with cross-functional partners to align on client and project expectations - following eProject Plan Navigating project tools and case management Escalate appropriately when support is needed or risk is identified, linear and/or cross-functional escalation Send weekly meeting agenda and meeting notes 24hrs prior and after meeting takes placePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
