Job DescriptionCVS Specialty Pharmacy has an opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor in our mail service pharmacy in the Atlanta area. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service/Call Center Supervisor is to supervise the pharmacy customer service/pharmacy technician staff, and provide direction to the staff within Pharmacy operations to ensure that patient requests are met and prescription orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner to achieve exceptional customer service and business profitability. In order to be successful in this role you must have the ability to effectively manage people and provide team leadership, work in teams and coordinate work efforts, have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You must be customer focused to ensure patients are responded to with accurate and timely information.The Customer Service Supervisor is also responsible for: 1.Directing daily workflow to ensure that all production and quality goals are met.2.Analyzing call/performance statistics.3. Evaluating & reviewing employee performance. 4. Coaching, motivating & counseling staff including administrating disciplinary action when necessary.5. Interviewing and hiring.6. Daily supervision of the staff to ensure that all department and company policies and procedures are followed. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience working in a call center or pharmacy customer service environment.- 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a related environment.- Ability to get registered with GA Board of Pharmacy to attain a Pharmacy Technician license within 6 months of hire.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
